What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide in your brief. We also capture basic submission metadata (project type, timeline, budget range) and the source URL at time of submission.

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised page-view and engagement data (pages visited, session duration, general geographic region). GA4 uses cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on. We do not use any other analytics trackers or third-party advertising pixels.

How we use it

Form submissions are routed through Web3Forms to our inbox. We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used only to understand site usage and improve content. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to process and reply to your brief.

Data retention

Inquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to your project request. If you want your submission removed, email hello@404.technologies and we will delete it within 5 business days. GA4 data is retained per Google's default retention settings (up to 14 months for user and event data).

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for infrastructure purposes. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC. See Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle analytics data.

Three.js WebGPU rendering runs entirely client-side. No scene or interaction data is transmitted.
